Laura- Owner

As a commercial finance director and qualified chartered accountant Laura has spent the last 20 years in senior positions in some of the UK's biggest brands, Argos, Easyjet, Costa, Bosch, Neff, Siemens and luxury brand Gaggenau while helping smaller businesses at the same time. Laura is passionate about adding value and helping businesses grow to their full potential and realising their goals. M&M came about from Laura's desire to support smaller businesses and self-employed with a more commercial finance view point that she didn't believe should be only available for large businesses.

Laura also trained as a financial coach with WiseMonkey Financial coaching with a mission for everyone to understand their finances and have a healthy money mindset, and to take away the complexity of personal finance.
